I didn't even know this place existed until my friend recommended it! Solid spot for hot pot. We came on a Thursday afternoon, and it wasn't too busy. The inside is large, spacious, and clean. I got the fresh beef bone gravy base soup which was pretty basic but still good. For lunch time, we were allowed to choose from meats #5-11. Our favorites were the beef belly- thin and tender. The sauce bar was lit; they had everything you could possibly need. Additionally, the noodle selection was great. They had ramen, egg, kale noodles and a few others. Fresh vegetables and seafood. They also offered japchae, tteokbokki, and fried rice along with typical side dishes such as a variety of kimchi. The selection all around was amazing. The ice cream was really tough to scoop out, so I got as much as my strength could give lol. I liked the subtle coffee flavor. Our server was super sweet and social. I would definitely love to come back!

For AYCE shabu and hot pot, this is it. The seafood is fresh. The vegetables and serving area is clean. Definitely get the galbi! The restaurant itself is well taken care of. The service is really great as well. We've already been twice. The soup is mild flavor but their sauce selection is great, so if you like dipping, there's a huge bar to put that together.

I'm a huge fan of hotpot and have visited Shabu Town several times. While they offer a wide selection of seafood, vegetables, and other items, the quality can be hit or miss compared to other all-you-can-eat shabu places. The meats are good on some days, but on other days, they don't quite measure up. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of seating, and it's always clean. The service is consistently great, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, I come here to satisfy my hotpot cravings when I don't feel like driving to Bellaire. However, I still prefer some other hotpot spots for a more consistent quality.

Came here with a friend on a Saturday night for dinner. We didn't have trouble finding parking or a table at all. The service was quick and have a family fe to it. Each person at the table gets their own soup base so it's easy to customize it to your liking. The toppings/add ons to the hotpot is plentiful. There are 3 long bars just for these. There is nothing missing. If you want it, it's there. There is also a lot of options to customize your own dipping sauce as well. I had the bone broth soup. I had high hopes for this broth, but it came out a little plain for my taste. Good thing the dipping sauce saved it. Overall, I would come back and recommend this place to others.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Pick up coming by checking on us asking if we needed additional drink or more broth. You have your own hotspot so you can choose your broth and make it your way. In the beginning when the waiters come and take your order, you let them know what kind of broth you want and you also let them know what kind of meats you want for the table. Love the variety of items to choose from for hot pot.. there is a lot of seafood the scallops were delicious and ginormous. The shrimp were also large and delicious.. there are different types of fish balls to choose from. The sauce bar is really nice. Also, I like that there is a lot of vegetarian options for people to choose from and lots of different types of noodles. So my favorite items are that they have an egg for you to add to your hot,pot or hot pot sauce. I also like the sweet potato cakes. They are so delicious. Iif you're into savory and sweet it's so good. And for dessert they have fruit and ice cream that you can scoop out yourself . Location is in a as in a shopping center so there's a shared parking. I got so excited about eating. I totally forgot to take pictures, so I guess I'm gonna have to come back for next time and get some pics. Family friendly place, so bring the whole Fam.

Glad I found a good shabu place close to home! I've always dreaded going down to Bellaire for good shabu, luckily that's no longer a problem. I like the vibe a lot better here because it's less people, so people not crowding and hogging by the food stations, etc. The servers were nice and the soup base I chose was flavorful. I'm glad they had variety of ice cream to choose from for dessert. Would definitely come back!
